SPINACH PESTO RECIPE
1/2 Cup Nuts (Pine, Pistachio, Sunflower Seeds, even Almonds could work)
3 Cups Fresh Spinach
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (fresh always best, buy dry stuff works fine too)
1/2 to 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO)
1 Clove Garlic (or about 2 tsp)
1 drop Basil Vitality* essential oil
1 drop Oregano Vitality* essential oil
1 drop Lemon Vitality* essential oil
In a food processor, add all the ingredients (except for the essential oils), and blend until smooth and evenly pureed. Pour your pesto into a glass or stainless steel bowl, add more EVO as you desire. Now, add your essential oils and mix well with a stainless steel spoon.
